Registry
Feature Overview
⚠ OPTIONAL FEATURE
Registry is not enabled by default. It must be manually added to the account by a developer or admin before it will appear as an app in the navigation.
What Is Registry?
Registry is a standalone patient registry app that lets you track prospective or pre-admitted patients before they are fully entered into the system as patient records. It is accessed from its own section in the main navigation and gives staff a place to manage incoming patient information, eligibility, and authorization details in one organized list.
Where It Appears
Once enabled, Registry appears as its own app in the main navigation. It is separate from the patient record pages and operates as its own area of the system.
Fields
Each registry entry can include the following information:
Patient Information
- First, Middle, Last Name
- Date of Birth and Gender
- Age (calculated automatically, read-only)
Insurance & Authorization
- Payer and Member ID
- Group Number
- Authorization Number, Visits Authorized, and Description
- Effective Date and Termination Date
Care & Administrative
- Provider and Service Code
- Referral Source and Marketer
- From Date (date of service or referral)
- Admitted status (checkbox)
- Inactive status (checkbox)
- Registry Status — tracks where the entry is in the intake process. Options are: New, Pending, Complete, Not Eligible, No Bill Out of Network, and No Bill Government.
Heads Up
- Registry entries are separate from full patient records. An entry in the registry does not automatically create a patient in the system.
- Eligibility checks can be run directly from a registry entry if the provider and payer are set up for it.
- The registry list can be sorted by last name, first name, and date of birth.
