Form Management is not turned on by default. A developer or admin will need to manually add it to your account before you can use it.

What Is Form Management?

Form Management lets you open and print a patient's form with a single click. When you use this feature, the form opens in a new window and the print dialog comes up automatically — no extra steps needed.

How It Works

• Click the Form Management button on the patient's record.
• A new window opens with the patient's form loaded.
• The print dialog appears automatically after a moment.
• Choose your printer and print as usual.

Heads Up

• Pop-ups must be allowed: If your browser is blocking pop-ups, the form window may not open. Look for a pop-up blocked message in your browser's address bar and click to allow it.
• One form at a time: Each click opens a new window for that specific patient's form.

Getting Access

This feature needs to be manually added to your account by a developer or admin. If you don't see it, reach out to your admin or support team to request access.
